    Nathalia is the best. Leased my car with her and 3 years later she helped me purchase it. I work remotely and had to do a meeting from her desk which she did not mind at all. My experience with Audi has been stellar at this dealership.

    Just had my 2022 Q5 10,000 mile service completed and Jake (Jacob) was my service advisor. The facility and staff/employees were all awesome and full of respect and knowledge. I would recommend that if you live in or out of the area, the drive is well worth it.

    Shaun - thank you - I am a satisfied Audi, North Orlando customer because of you. If you need service help - talk to Shaun. Audi was about to lose a customer for life until Shaun stepped in, unprompted, and saved the day by proactively applying common sense to a customer issue. I'm buying Audis from Shaun from here on out. Until then, I'm coming back so you can help me make our Q7 look even better. Audi Corporate: As an overhead cost - it's common knowledge that it costs significantly less to keep a current customer than it does to get a new one - ask Shaun - he'll brief you.

    Car refinance from lease can be lots of headache but my experience was most efficient and quick. Thank you Mark for making my Audi finance process very smooth. I will be back again to buy another Audi. Everyone at Audi dealership was very professional and super friendly. The whole finance process was very fast and efficient. Fianace person was great. Mark made sure that paperwork was ready and ensuring everything was organize before I arrived at dealership. Once again Thank you Mark!You have earned more then 5 star rating my friend.
